You can use the planner without giving us a name, email address or account. The age fields describe the listening group; do not enter names or other personal details.
We count a small set of product events: a page landing, planner start, completed plan, copied plan, library click and retailer click. These daily totals help us learn whether the tool is useful. They are stored without a user ID and are not used to follow a person across websites.
The planner does not use advertising cookies or save its settings in local storage. A shared result link contains the trip settings needed to recreate the result. Do not share that URL if you do not want those settings visible to the recipient.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address and device or request data long enough to deliver and protect the site. Their processing is governed by their policies and our service configuration.
If you email support, we receive the address and message you send. An automated system may sort the message or draft a reply. Reports about age guidance, content or source conflicts are held for evidence review rather than resolved automatically.
We do not sell personal information or use planner settings to make advertising profiles.
